FAQ
1. Is there an additional cost for luggage?
Prices are final and there is no additional cost, as long as the luggage fits in the reserved vehicle. Price is per vehicle.
2. Do you provide child seats?
Yes, free of charge.
If they are under 7 years old or less than 1.35m tall, please inform us so that the vehicle is supplied with approved child seats.
To choose the right vehicle, consider children as passengers.
3. What is included on the ride?
We will provide free wi-fi and a bottle of water per passenger.
A stop is provided for trips lasting more than 1 hour.
4. What is the cancellation policy?
Full refund for cancellations up to 24 hours before departure.
For cancellations made less than 24 hours, no-show or last minute cancellations, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
5. If I don't show up, will I get a refund?
No, it is not possible to get a refund in case of no-show, the 30% deposit will not be refunded.
6. How can I make a reservation?
You can book by filling out the form in the contacts page or sending an email to booking@listranstours.pt. If you prefer, you can call us by phone.
For all reservations, a deposit of 30% is required. The balance is due during the trip in cash, debit or credit card, Mbway.
